Exchange & Return Policy

At Nooriza, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• You can return or exchange a product within 5 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and receipt/proof of purchase.
• Returns are only applicable if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or destroyed upon delivery.
• The wrong product or size was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been used, worn, altered, or washed.
• Products purchased during sale/discount offers (unless defective).
• Accessories and personal items (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
• If you need a different size or replacement for a defective product, we will arrange an exchange free of cost.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product).
