1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and confirm your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods shown at checkout.

3. How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days across Pakistan.

4. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer Free Delivery on all orders with COD.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 5 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check our Exchange & Return Policy for details.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update via email or SMS. You can also contact us directly for updates.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
